About 10 men got together on a Saturday morning in October and made 160lbs of potato sausage.  The next day, they got together again and served a Potato Sausage Dinner to about 150 people.  Since this was a trial-run, they didn’t do much advertising so they were very pleased to have raised $1,300 towards the carpet fund.  We look forward to enjoying potato sausage again next year!  Thanks guys!
